30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

The original packaging should be included whenever possible.
Proof of purchase or order information is required.

Please contact our customer service team before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your return request is approved, Kimunuk will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Customer Responsibility Returns

For returns caused by personal reasons, including:

Changed mind
Incorrect size selection
Color preference
No longer needed
Ordered the wrong item

Kimunuk will provide a return label, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Kimunuk Responsibility Returns

Kimunuk will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund if the issue is caused by:

Incorrect item received
Damaged product upon arrival
Manufacturing defects
Missing parts or accessories

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos or relevant details so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
